Police in Ocean County are seeking the public's help locating a suspect in a credit card theft, authorities said.

This screenshot of surveillance footage comes from the Home Depot in Manahawkin, according to Stafford Township police.

The footage shows a suspect leaving the store shortly after fraudulently using a stolen credit card belonging to a victim from Manchester.
